What is Leadership?

Lead.
Follow.
Or get out of the way!

Leadership is not management, and surely is not about controlling someone else.
Leadership is about, you know, lead?
Leading, in its literal significance, means: to go before (implying someone else)

LEADERS LEAD
(starting by leading themselves)

Too often Leadership is misunderstood for:

  • Management
  • Manipulation
  • Controlling others
  • Traits associated with Narcissism and Psycopaths

Leaders are in 100% of themselves and constantly demonstrate Emotional Maturity; because Leadership is all about the self, and then, as a by-product, influences others in a positive and sustainable ways.
Leaders lead other Leaders; not sheeps-like people.
